Work package 7: Project management, coordination of dissemination and exploitation

Deliverable 7.1: Project management and supervision (led by TRI)

This activity describes the required actions to secure a high standard and coordinated functioning of the project (e.g. consortium agreement, risk assessment etc.).

Deliverable 7.2: Project Management and Quality (PMQ) Plan (led by TRI)

In preparation of the Final Project Report, semi annual progress reports will be produced as Technical Papers (TP), in order to monitor the progress of the project and the quality of the delivered and developed work. In order to be able to manage the data (from surveys and other empirical data) the PMQ will be accompanied by a TP (TP7.2.2) in order to assure confidentiality of sensitive data and efficient access. As part of the PMQ peer reviews are organised and registered for all Deliverables in the project. These will be collected continously throughout the project and will construct TP 7.2.3). The PMQ is a "live" document and will be updated regularly (every six months).

Deliverable 7.3: Dissemination and Use Plan (led by DSN)

This Deliverable will produce a dissemination and use plan to coordinate the outreach and marketing activities of the project.

Deliverable 7.4: KNOW-ME project website (led by TRI)

This Deliverable will produce (and update) the main external website of the project.

Deliverable 7.5: KNOW-ME Newsletter (led by DSN)

This Deliverable will produce six-monthly newsletters to inform the project's stakeholders and the general publuc of KNow-ME's recent activities.

Deliverable 7.6: Final Project Report (led by TRI)

This Deliverable will produce the KNow-ME project's final report for submission to the EU. This report will detail the project's activities, how it has reached its objectives, and the impact that it has had.
